The cinnamon-breasted tody-tyrant (Hemitriccus cinnamomeipectus) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Ecuador and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
