Major General Charles L. "Chuck" Carr, CAP, is the former National Commander of the Civil Air Patrol.[1] He was previously the National Vice Commander and Great Lakes Region Commander.

Past Military Experience

He retired as a Superintendent of Security Police in the grade of Master Sergeant (E-7) after serving 23 years in the United States Air Force.
