Christopher Granville
Christopher Granville is a founding partner and Managing Director of the Russia team at Trusted Sources,[1] the emerging markets research and consultancy firm headquartered in London. He is a leading analyst on Russia,[2] running the Russia/FSU research team at Trusted Sources and having previously been Chief Strategist and Political Analyst at United Financial Group Russia Select Fund (now owned by Deutsche Bank) between 2000 and 2006.[3]
He sits on the advisory board of the Macquarie Renaissance Infrastructure Fund (Russia and CIS).
He is a former diplomat, having worked in the Political Section of the British Embassy in Moscow from 1995 to 1999, and previously at the Foreign Service of the Foreign & Commonwealth Office between 1990 and 1995.[4] He is a Quondam (former) Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford and graduate of New College, Oxford.[5]
He is married with Professor of International Economics and Economic Policy in the School of Business and Management at Queen Mary University of London, Brigitte Granville.
