The Christian Values Party (Swedish: Kristna värdepartiet) is a Christian conservative party in Sweden. It was founded in January 2014 in opposition to the mainstream Christian Democrats. The party stresses pro-life and pro-family policies in its party program, promoting outlawing abortion, safeguarding the status of the family against the state, as well as calling for sharper penalites for severe violent and sexual offenses and for responsible immigration policies.[1]
