Chiesina Uzzanese is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pistoia in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 45 kilometres (28 mi) west of Florence and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southwest of Pistoia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,139 and an area of 7.2 square kilometres (2.8 sq mi).[1]

The municipality of Chiesina Uzzanese contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Capanna, Chiesanuova, and Molin Nuovo.
