Chief quality officer
Chief quality officer, abbreviated CQO, is the manager responsible for the quality of the products or services provided by a corporation. The CQO commonly reports direct to the CEO and is usually a member of the Management team

- Responsible for methodologies to support and improve the quality
- Follow up on Key Performance Indicators for quality

The CQO commonly cooperates with the COO, CFO, CIO and CEO. For corporations that are in the IT industry it is also common to have close cooperation with a CTO.
