Changjiao massacre
The Changjiao massacre (Chinese: 厂窖惨案) was a massacre of Chinese civilians by the Japanese China Expeditionary Army in Changjiao, Hunan. Shunroku Hata was the commander of the Japanese forces. For four days, from March 9, 1943 to March 12, 1943, more than 30,000 civilians were killed[1] and thousands of women were raped.
