The blue-mantled thornbill (Chalcostigma stanleyi) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
