Ceramide-activated protein phosphatase

Ceramide-activated protein phosphatases (CAPPs) are a group of enzymes that are activated by the lipid second messenger ceramide. Known CAPPs include protein phosphatase 1 (PP1) and protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A).
