Central Belters is a compilation album by the post-rock group Mogwai released in October 2015, and is a career retrospective of the group's work to mark their 20th anniversary. The album contains highlights from the group's work, non-album singles, and some rarities.[1] The title refers to the Central Belt of Scotland, from where the group originated. At Metacritic, which assigns a normalised rating out of 100 to reviews from mainstream critics, Central Belters received an average score of 86, based on 9 reviews, indicating "universal acclaim".[2]
