Carrollwood Day School is a non-sectarian, co-educational, independent day school for students from age two through high school in Tampa, Florida.
Its curriculum follows the guidelines established by the prestigious International Baccalaureate Organization. CDS is the sixth school in the US authorized to offer all three levels of the IB Programme.
Traditions
Since CDS just added its high school in 2007[1] they are still growing in traditions. Traditions its has had since the Michigan Avenue days include an annual Dads' Day, an annual Grandparents' Day, eating lunch outside, and recess every day in the elementary and middle school.
