Carolyn Bertram is a Canadian politician.
She was elected to the Legislative Assembly of Prince Edward Island in the 2003 provincial election for the electoral district of Crapaud-Hazel Grove.[1] In the 2007 election, she stood in the district of Rustico-Emerald, and was reelected.[1]
She formerly served as Speaker of the Legislative Assembly.[1]
She is a member of the Liberal Party.[1]
Bertram received a BA from the University of Prince Edward Island and a BEd from Mount Saint Vincent University.[1]
She didn't reoffered as a candidate for Rustico-Emerald, in 2015.
