Carlos Manuel dos Santos Fortes (born 9 November 1994 in Charneca - Lisbon) is a Portuguese footballer who plays for S.C. Braga B, as a forward.
Football career
On 24 August 2014, Fortes made his professional debut with Braga B in a 2014–15 Segunda Liga match against Chaves.[1]
