Calliostoma dentatum is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Calliostomatidae.[1]

Distribution

This species occurs in the Gulf of Mexico off Louisiana and Texas at depths between 12 m and 55 m.

Description

The maximum recorded shell length is 8.4 mm.[2]

Habitat

Minimum recorded depth is 12 m.[2] Maximum recorded depth is 55 m.[2]
