The Cagayan Valley Rising Suns is a professional men's volleyball team playing in the Spikers' Turf, which is the male counterpart of the Shakey's V-League. The team is owned by the family of Alvaro Antonio[1] (the incumbent governor[2] of the Province of Cagayan) and is managed[3] by his daughter,[4] Criselda Antonio-Pua (the incumbent mayor of Alcala, Cagayan and provincial sports coordinator[5] for the Province of Cagayan), herself, a former volleyball player.
