CSO Resound

In 2007, the Chicago Symphony Orchestra launched its in-house record label, CSO Resound.[1] Since its founding, CSO Resound has produced works by Gustav Mahler, Anton Bruckner, Francis Poulenc, Dmitri Shostakovich, Giuseppe Verdi, Richard Strauss, Igor Stravinsky, Sergei Prokofiev, and Maurice Ravel, as well as arrangements of works for brass instruments as performed by members of the renowned brass section of the orchestra. Conductors include Chicago Symphony Orchestra music director Riccardo Muti, principal conductor Bernard Haitink, conductor emeritus Pierre Boulez, and New York Philharmonic music director Alan Gilbert.
