Butts Junction was a railway junction, located just west of Alton in Hampshire, England.

It was where the (now defunct) Basingstoke and Alton Light Railway which closed in 1932, and the Meon Valley Railway diverged from the Mid-Hants line from Alton to Winchester. You can see the junction from on board the train at the watercress line and the embankment tailing off. There used to be a resonably large signal box located on this site which was an LSWR type 4.
