Bushman's Revenge (established 2003 in Oslo, Norway) is a Norwegian jazz and progressive rock band that has appeared at jazz scenes in Norway and released a series of albums that have been noticed.[1]
Career
Despite their youth, the trio have released six albums (as of 2013). They mix the energy of rock with the freedom of jazz in interesting ways. On the album Jitterbug (2010) Ståle Storløkken appeares at two tracks.[2] Ola Kvernberg and Kjetil Møster appeared with Bushman's Revenge at Moldejazz 2012, and Kjetil Møster and David Wallumrød at Kongsberg Jazzfestival 2013.[1][3][4]
John Kelman of the All About Jazz magazine recognized Bushman's Revenge appearance at Moldejazz July 2013, as one of his 25 "Best Live Shows of 2013".[5]
