Bulbophyllum blumei is a species of orchid in the genus Bulbophyllum. Each psuedobulb bears one leaf. The flowers are about 8cm across and are a beautiful maroon colour that fades to yellow on the edges. In appearance it resembles the Masdevallia orchids. It is native to Australia, Borneo, Papua New Guinea, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
