Brian Banks is a Democratic member of the Michigan House of Representatives elected in 2012.[1]
Banks has been convicted of eight felony charges by 2004. Turning his life around in the 2014 Democrat Primary he beat challenger Rebecca Thompson by only 6 votes, but continued on to win the election.[2][3]
