Breast torture or tit torture is a BDSM sexual activity[1][2][3] involving application of pain or constriction to the breasts. This may involve directly painful activities, such as wax play, spanking, squeezing, or flogging. Pain may be applied to the nipples using nipple clamps. The recipient of such activities may receive direct physical pleasure via masochism, or emotional pleasure through erotic humiliation, or knowledge that the play is pleasing to a sadistic dominant.

As with the male equivalent of cock and ball torture, many of these practices carry significant health risks through trauma or loss of blood flow. Electrostimulation around the chest area are may carry risks of electrocution.

Some men experience pleasure from a subset of these activities involving pain being applied to the male nipples.
