Borownica [bɔrɔvˈnit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bircza, within Przemyśl County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. It lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) west of Bircza, 35 km (22 mi) west of Przemyśl, and 43 km (27 mi) south-east of the regional capital Rzeszów.[1]
In Borownica was born Julian Stanczak.
The village has a population of 110.
