Borotín is a market town (městys) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The town covers an area of 26.25 square kilometres (10.14 sq mi), and has a population of 541 (as at 28 August 2006).
Borotín lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) north of Tábor, 60 km (37 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 67 km (42 mi) south of Prague.
