Boreas is a restaurant located in Heeze in the Netherlands. It is a fine dining restaurant that is awarded one Michelin stars from the period 2002–2009 and two michelinstars from 2010 up until now.[1][2][3][4] GaultMillau awarded them 19.0 points (out of 20) in 2011.[5]
Boreas is run by head chef Nico Boreas and his wife and maître Sonja Boreas.[6]
The restaurant is member of Les Patrons Cuisiniers.[7]
