Bor District is a former administrative district in Jonglei State, South Sudan. Its capital was Bor. Jonglei State, which had been divided into districts, is now divided into counties. Bor District was divided into Twic East county, Duk County, Bor North County (Athoc) and Bor South County (Gok). The UNMIS has a presence in the territory of the former district. One post of UNMIS is located in Anuet Area (Malou). This is the homeland of Abii community. Abii community is bordering central equatoria and include Pathan, Nyara and Biong. ^[1]
