The name refers to the communes of Bobigny and Pantin, and to the rue Raymond Queneau. Raymond Queneau, a 20th-century French author and member of the Oulipo group, makes a singularly appropriate name as his most famous works are Zazie dans le métro and Exercices de style, which is set on a bus.
