Blood of My Blood (Portuguese: Sangue do Meu Sangue) is a 2011 Portuguese drama film directed by João Canijo. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and was awarded at the San Sebastian International Film Festival, Palm Springs International Film Festival, Miami International Film Festival, among others. It was the most commercially successful film of the year in Portugal.[1]
The film was selected as the Portuguese entry for the Best Foreign Language Oscar at the 85th Academy Awards[2]
