Bjørn Johnson is an actor, director, producer, acting teacher and fight choreographer in theater, film and television.[1] He has performed in stage plays such as Cyrano: The Musical, The Cosmonaut's Last Message, The Stand-In and Whose Life Is It Anyway and television shows Dexter and The Sopranos. Johnson was awarded an LA Weekly Theater Award for One-Act Direction for "Dutchman."[2]

Before beginning his acting career, Bjørn spent his free time teaching German language classes at North Medford High School. Bjørn went on to peruse his BA in Dramatic Literature from George Williams College, Bjørn studied at Circle in the Square in New York, the NYU Tisch School of the Arts.

Bjørn currently plays a slapstick Scotsman in a series of Castrol Oil commercials. In this role he hits men discussing synthetic motor oil with a dipstick while saying "Think with your dipstick, Jimmy!" in a heavy Scottish accent."
