Biy-Myrza (former Imeni Telmana) is a village in Kara-Kulja District of Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan. The village is a birthplace of the current governor of Osh Region Sooronbay Jeenbekov and the Speaker of the 5th Supreme Council Asylbek Jêênbekov.
