Binayak Acharya College is a college situated near Haradakhandi, in Berhampur, Odisha, India. It was established in the early 1980s to cater to the necessity of a government college in the old city segment of Berhampur. It was named after the former Chief Minister of Odisha, Mr. Binayak Acharya. Its first principal was Mr. Dayanidhi Panda, a professor of mathematics. Its current Principal is Dr.Mahendra Misra, Reader in Mathematics. The college mainly specializes in subjects pertaining to the arts and commerce. Courses in science were introduced in 1997, though only until intermediate level. In 2006 IT branch was included, making some room for the science students.

In 2009 it had got 39 students passed in 1st division out of 97 students. It is reputed for strict and vigil conductance of various examinations. In 2014 Science graduation course started with 32 honours seats in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany and Zoology in each subject after completion of +3 Admission.
