Biegoszów [bjɛˈɡɔʂuf] (German: Hundorf) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Świerzawa, within Złotoryja County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland.[1] Prior to 1945 it was in Germany. After World War II the region was placed under Polish administration and ethnically cleansed according to the post-war Potsdam Agreement. The native German populace was expelled and replaced with Poles.
It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north of Świerzawa, 8 kilometres (5 mi) south of Złotoryja, and 80 kilometres (50 mi) west of the regional capital Wrocław.
