Biccari is a town and comune in the province of Foggia in the Apulia region of southeast Italy.

As Tortiboli (Latin Tortibulum) it's the site of a former bishopric, presently a Latin Catholic titular see.

Ecclesiastical history

In 1015 a Diocese of Tortiboli (Tortibulum) was established.

In 1425 it was suppressed, its territory being reassigned to the Diocese of Lucera.
