Bianca Alexa Santos (born July 26, 1990)[2] is an American actress. Santos is best known for her role as Lexi Rivera in the ABC Family series The Fosters, for her role as Lucy Velez in the MTV series Happyland, and for starring in The Duff as Casey Cordero.[3]

Early life

Santos was born in Santa Monica, California.[4] She is of Cuban and Brazilian descent.[5] Santos is also fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.[6][7]

Santos attended California Lutheran University majoring in psychology and minoring in sociology. Shortly after graduating, she moved back home with her parents and took acting classes.

Career

In May 2013, it was announced that Santos would join the cast of the new TV series The Fosters.[3] Santos co-starred in the 2014 horror film Ouija.[8] Santos was also cast in the role of Lucy Velez on MTV's original show Happyland.
