Bharat Kundra is an Indian actor,[2] model[3][4] and anchor based in Mumbai and New Delhi, India. At the young age of 21, whilst still at college, he started his career when he won the prestigious title of Mr India 2007.[5][6] At the same competition, he also won the title of Mr Photogenic.
Bharat is a qualified Software engineer B.TECH (Information Technology) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He did is schooling from Springdales school, Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi.
Bharat had job offer letters from Accenture and Birlasoft technologies to start working with them as an Software engineer, but he decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the media industry.
After reaching the epitome of his career, gaining vast experience in the media industry including advertising, fashion, films and TV Bharat decided to pursue the business side of the media Industry and started his own firm of Business and management consultancy.

He has been on the magazines covers of Men's Health, Travel n Leisure, India today, and Business Today.
Career
Bharat started his career by winning the prestigious Mr India 2007 title. On 31 March 2007 Bharat Kundra was named as the winner of the title by Priyanka chopra. He also won the title of Mr Photogenic during the subtitles of the same event.
Bharat is one of the youngest Mr India title winners at age 21. Still in college and technology being close to his heart, Bharat went back to University to complete his degree.
After successfully completing his software engineering, Bharat had job offer letters from Accenture and Birlasoft technologies to start working with them as an Software engineer, but he decided to follow his passion and pursue a career in the media industry.
Flooded with offers from various brands and fashion designers that wanted him to endorse them and be the face of their brand. Bharat hired an international modelling agency Elite model management to manage his career, brand endorsements, contracts, PR and film promotions.
In 2010, Bharat was selected as the global face of HSBC bank and was called for a campaign shoot in Hong Kong.
In 2011, one of the short films titled 'To, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi', in which Bharat played the protagonist, a love story set around the partition of India in 1947 was selected to feature at the Venice film festival.. Film won great reviews and Bharat was subsequently offered many roles in Indian television and film industry.
Kundra successfully played the role of 'King Bharat' in the stage adaptation of the one of the greatest India epic 'Ramayana'. The series was performed in a Broadway format and subsequently aired on LifeOK channel..
Bharat also played a pivotal role in a Police drama series 'Shapath'..
Bharat successfully worked in the Indian advertising, modelling[9][10] and acting industry for almost a decade during which he was one of the leading commercial advertising faces of India.
Eventually after reaching the epitome of his career and after gaining vast experience in the media industry including advertising, fashion, films and TV he would pursue the business side of the media Industry and started his own firm of Business and management consultancy.
One of his first clients was an architecture and design firm in Mumbai which designs many Bollywood celebrities homes including Ranbir kapoor , Katrina Kaif, Hrithik Roshan. Bharat was working with the firm on full-time basis and helped the organisation streamline and structure themselves which helped them increase their productivity and annual turnover.

Bharat being their Global Peace ambassador, has represented them at various schools, universities and rehab workshops conducting spiritual talks and lectures on meditation, positive thinking and value based education.

Early years
Kundra was always interested in the media since the early age.[12] During his high school years he was the captain of his house and took active part in the school competitions and sports activities. During graduation years he use to take active part in extra curricular activities and organized fashion shows for inter-university competitions. Kundra was the president of the College Fashion and events society.
