Elizabeth Ann "Betsy" Beard (born September 16, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland) is a former American competitive rower and Olympic gold medalist. She was a member of the American women's eights team that won the gold medal at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California. Beard also participated in the women's eights at the 1988 Summer Olympics and placed 6th overall.
