Bean is a former settlement in Kings County, California.^[1] It was located on the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railroad 3.25 miles (5.2 km) north-northwest of Corcoran,^[2] at an elevation of 210 feet (64 m).^[1] Bean still appeared on maps as of 1928.^[1]
