Battagram is a town and union council of Charsadda District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan.[1] It is located at 34°13'7N 71°37'33E and has an altitude of 300 metres (987 feet).[2]
Battagram is famous for its sugar cane. The recently built bridge over the river Kabul near Sreekh (a village in Battgram Union Council) has increased the importance of the town. Battagram has produceed some great people despite its very backward and conventional educational system.
