Basaluzzo is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 kilometres (56 mi) southeast of Turin and about 20 kilometres (12 mi) southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,935 and an area of 15.2 square kilometres (5.9 sq mi).[1]
The municipality of Basaluzzo contains the frazione (subdivision) S. Antonio.
Basaluzzo borders the following municipalities: Bosco Marengo, Capriata d'Orba, Francavilla Bisio, Fresonara, Novi Ligure, Pasturana, and Predosa.
