Barys Alehavich Haravoy (Belarusian: Барыс Алегавіч Гаравой; Russian: Борис Олегович Горовой; born 8 April 1974) is a retired Belarusian professional footballer. He made his professional debut in the Soviet Second League in 1991 for FC Torpedo Taganrog.[1]
Between 2006 and 2009 he worked as a referee in Russian Second Division.

- Russian Cup finalist: 2002.
- Was an unused substitute in the Russian Cup final in 1999 that his team FC Zenit St. Petersburg won.
