Barrod is the oldest village in Behror tehsil, Alwar District, Rajasthan, India. It is situated on State Highway No-14, RJ SH 14. The name is sometimes written as Bardod. Two villages come under the administration of the Barrod panchayat: Barrod and Kankara Barrod.

The village is named after Barda Kumhar.

Agriculture is the main occupation of the villagers, and vegetables are the main crops.

Main landmarks of the village include Rudh Ka Mahal, Government School, Community Hospitality Centre (CHC) and Dharamshala.
