Bar Louie is a contemporary casual dining bar and restaurant chain in the United States, which was founded in 1991.[2][3] As of March 2014 there were approximately 85 locations, many of which are located at shopping malls. Bar Louie is headquartered in Addison, Texas and John Neitzel is the company's Chief Executive Officer. Sun Capital Partners is an investor in the company.[4]
