Banca Popolare di Bari (BP Bari) is an Italian cooperative bank based in Bari, Apulia region. The bank covered most of Italy, except Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Liguria, Trentino – South Tyrol, Friuli – Venezia Giulia, Sardinia and Sicily.

In 2014 the bank contributed the capital increases of Banca Tercas, which was under administration. After the transactions Banca Tercas and Banca Caripe became subsidiaries of BP Bari.
