Backburner is a Canadian underground hip hop group and musical collective.[1] The group consists of nineteen members,[2] among the more independently established of whom are Fresh Kils, Ghettosocks, Jesse Dangerously, More or Les, Timbuktu and Wordburglar. The crew has released two albums, Heatwave, in 2011.[3][4][5][6] and Eclipse, in 2015. A music video was produced for the eponymous lead single from Heatwave.[7][8]
