Baccalà alla vicentina
Baccalà alla vicentina (Italian pronunciation: [bakkaˈla alla vitʃenˈtiːna]) is a Venetian-Italian dish native to Vicenza that is made from stoccafisso (in English, stockfish), an air-dried fish, not salted cod.
