"Baby Hold On" is a song recorded by American rock singer Eddie Money. It was written by Money and guitarist Jimmy Lyon and released in 1978 as the lead single from Money's debut album Eddie Money. The song reached number 11 on the Billboard Hot 100. The song was featured in the soundtrack for the video game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and the hit movie Joe Dirt.
