Babiyachaur is a village development committee in Surkhet District, Bheri Zone of mid-western Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census it had approximate population of 11,000 people living in 2000 individual households.[1]

The beautiful village of babiyachaur is now losing it's greenery and fighting with contemporary issues created by so-called modernization. At once, it was more important trade centre than today's headquarter Birendranagar.

The beautiful hilly areas in the north of VDC boast the Greeney of Surkhet District..it is the home town of rosan regmi...
