The B.C. Rich Mockingbird is a classic guitar and bass design by B.C. Rich, designed around 1976. There have been several variations on the Mockingbird model. As of 2009, the current models include Pro X, Masterpiece, Special, Special X, Exotic Classic, ST and Heritage Classic (Bass).[1]
Origins and history
The Mockingbird model was designed by B.C. Rich in around 1976.[2]
The September 2010 issue of Guitar World ranked the Mockingbird as "the coolest guitar of all time", ahead of guitars such as the Gibson Les Paul and Fender Stratocaster.[3]
