B-Side Ourselves is an EP released by the American heavy metal band Skid Row. All of the songs are cover versions of songs originally recorded by bands which influenced Skid Row. Each member of the band selected a song to cover. The EP charted at number 58 on The Billboard 200.[1]
""Delivering the Goods"" is a live recording, with a guest appearance from the Judas Priest singer Rob Halford. It was released as a single and was also included on the live EP Subhuman Beings on Tour.
"Psycho Therapy" has a guest appearance from Faster Pussycat's Taime Downe. Music videos were made for "Psycho Therapy" and "Little Wing" which was also released as a promo single. Both music videos feature on the Skid Row video album No Frills Video.
