Avast Antivirus

Avast Antivirus is a family of antivirus software and internet security applications developed by Czech technology company Avast Software^[1] for Microsoft Windows, OS X, Android. The Avast Antivirus products include free Avast Free Antivirus, Avast Free Mac Security, Mobile Security & Antivirus, and proprietary Avast Pro Antivirus.^[2]

As of 2015, Avast is the most popular antivirus on the market,^[3] and it had the largest share of the market for antivirus applications.^[1]
