Auberge Resorts

Auberge Resorts Collection is a boutique luxury hospitality company based in Mill Valley, California, with high-end hotel properties in the United States and Mexico.

History

A privately held family company, Auberge Resorts Collection was established in 1998, creating a hotel management and development company to further pursue the development of resort properties outside of its flagship Napa Valley, California resort, Auberge du Soleil. Since Auberge du Soleil's opening in 1981, the Auberge group has grown to encompass hotel acquisitions, real estate development, and residence clubs.

In 2013, Friedkin Capital Partners, led by Dan Friedkin of Houston, Texas, partnered with the founding Harmon family and invested in Auberge Resorts. In 2014, Craig Reid, former President of Four Seasons, joined the company as the CEO.

Auberge Resorts Collection currently operates 9 resorts and residence clubs in the United States and Mexico.

Corporate offices are located in Mill Valley, California, with regional offices in Los Angeles, California, and New York City.[1] Their Executive Team is led by Craig Reid, Mark Harmon, Randy Weisz, Claude Brock, Eric Calderon, and Caroline MacDonald.
